Then what happens if you decide to sell your RV to get the payment off your credit record and you are “Up-Side-Down” then what? The chance of your being able to have all the other things you may want are much improved when you Share Access lease your new RV. Our members in concert with a limited number of other members share in the access of a New recreational vehicle every three years. How much does it cost? The membership share costs vary depending on the type and style RV you want. A typical member share fee for a new travel trailer starts at about $2,500! And you ONLY pay 1 time. You only pay once for 3 - 21 day vacations, over 3 years. Your monthly member dues would be $50. A new “Class C” motorhome much like the one we used in our examples would cost $6,500 once. Three years of family fun and monthly member dues of $100. At the end of the 3 years, we’ll sell the RV and split the amount collected between the members. You can then pocket the money, or put it towards your next 3-year membership. A large “Class A” motorhome, will start at $7,500 per member share plus a $100 monthly dues. Unbelieveable isn’t it? Well it’s true! Usable week costs as low as $555 and then you get a rebate!

What Are My Options At The End Of The Lease?

• You can pocket your share of the money from the sale of your RV.

As a member can I earn money?

• Yes, you can build your own team or group and get paid $500.00 for each successful member referral you bring.

As a member can I earn my share or more shares of time?

• Yes, each member referral you bring is worth up to $500 of your total fee.

• You have a right to use your new RV during your scheduled dates.
• You have the right to trade up, down or across with another willing member.
• You have the right for $1 and other various considerations to participate in the proceeds from the sale of your RV.
• You have the right (if not in default on your member dues) to buy additional shares.
• You have the right to introduce our program to others and receive a referral fee which can offset your member fee or be taken in cash.
• You have the right to (with proper notice) allow your time to be rented and share in the profit.
• You have the right to allow other (authorized) friends, relatives, neighbors and business associates use your RV during your time.
