At Arizona Travel Center we're more
than just a place to rent an RV or buy a sand rail, motorcycle

Toyhaulers are opposite the rest of the seasons.
SECURITY
DEPOSITS
$500 Security deposit on Travel Trailers & Class B. $500-$1000
security deposits on Class C motor homes and $1000-$1500 security
deposits on Class A motor homes (in addition to the rental rate)
at the time of rental.
The normal refund period is 10 working
days after your rental is completed. Return of deposits
will take longer if damage has occurred. Unit must be returned clean
inside, with a full gas tank, on time, and undamaged.
MILEAGE
All rentals include 500 free miles for first 3 days, 100
per day thereafter or 1000 miles a week. Extra miles are
.35/mile for B & C Class &.45/ mile for A Class. Mile restrictions
do apply on long distant rentals.
GENERATOR CHARGES
All rentals include 2 free generator hours per paid day
of rental. Additional hours will be charged at $2.00 per hour.
SANITATION FEE
A mandatory sanitation charge of $85 applies to all rentals.
All motor homes are cleaned inside and out before departure. Holding
tanks are flushed & recharged, LP tanks filled, exterior scrubbed
and detailed, bathroom sanitized.
FUEL AND PROPANE
All fuel and propane tanks will be full when you pick up
your rental. You do not need to fill propane tanks
when you return the unit. There is a charge of two times
the price per gallon paid for filling the fuel tank if rental is
not returned full.

RENTAL POLICIES & CONDITIONS
A $200 reservation deposit is mandatory to confirm your
reservation. Nonrefundable if cancelled with in 7 days of rental.
1. 48-hour notice is required for all rentals.
2. No person under 25 years of age can rent a unit.
3. Renter must have a valid driver’s license and proof of active
auto insurance.
4. Renter must have insurance binder or endorsement for the rental
unit. Additional Insurance may be purchased.
5. Renter must present major credit card in his/her name.
6. No credit for any unused rental time, or miles.
7. No sitting or standing on the motor home roof.
8. No smoking.
9. No Pets, or Awning use allowed, Restrictions apply.
10. No refunds will be made for early returns.
11. Rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental
Agreement.
